Help creativity and flow - Who is more creative than a child? Children have nature creativity and imagination. When you reconnect with your creative inner child you can connect back with that natural gift on imagination. Imagination and creativity is not just for storytellers and artists, we need these gifts in day to day life whether it is problem solving a tricky work issue or the broader issues of climate change, poverty, technology etc.
Increases productivity When we make using our inner child activities a priority in our lives and ‘eat our ice cream first’ our inner child is no longer clamouring for our attention as it has been fed first. This is also connected with flow for as we come more into the flow we are no longer ‘efforting’ and are just doing. Things get done and there is less resistance.
